The Return to Sport Blueprint

We have designed the Return to Sport Blueprint to help athletes transition out of lockdown
back into competitive action. This 4-week training program incorporates the latest strength
& conditioning principles which are often utilised in elite sport to help athletes return to
sport in peak physical condition. We have placed a large emphasis on minimising injury risk
and developing an excellent level of baseline conditioning. This means we can get you back
on the pitch in great shape and most importantly, keep you there.
What’s included:
 Programme delivered electronically via app
 6 training sessions per week (24 in total)
 12 home-based strength sessions (no equipment required)
 Extensive video library which includes detailed exercise demonstrations
 12 running based conditioning sessions
 Access to an extensive conditioning document
 Functional Foundations coach on hand to answer any questions regarding the
program.
How it works:
Once you have purchased the training program through our website, our coaches will begin
the onboarding process. This will include assigning you a coach and uploading the training
program to your profile on the app. This will be completed within 24 hours of purchase so
that you can start your training the very next day.
